SV Bicycle Exchange distributing refurbished bikes to clients at Hope's Corner

From January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021, LAMV-CF gave $331,300 through our grants programs to 64 organizations. Grant amounts ranged from $1,000 to $10,000.

These grants addressed the needs of those most vulnerable in our community and helped youth succeed in school.

Awarded grants supported:

  • Youth and education
  • Vulnerable populations including young families, teens, and senior citizens
  • Health and safety programs
  • Mental health services
  • Local arts and culture organizations
  • Environmental projects
  • Local community building & vitality
  • Employment readiness and equity
  • Food and housing insecurity
  • Pandemic relief and recovery efforts

LAMV-CF's Community Grants program is operated in partnership with the David and Lucille Packard and Heising-Simons Foundations. Additional funds were raised by community donations to the 2020 Nonprofit Relief and 2021 Nonprofit Recovery Funds.
